Remove the tube from the rim using tyre levers (plastic)
Inflate the tube and submerge in a bucket/tub of water to find where the air is leaking (you will see tiny air bubbles coming out of the tube)
Dry the area around the puncture
Use the metal rasp or sandpaper to buff the area around the puncture and wipe of remaining residue
Apply the rubber solution to an area slightly bigger than the size of the patch and allow to dry fully
Remove the foil part from the patch then apply and press down on the puncture for about 30 seconds
Check inside of tyre for any thorns or sharp objects and remove before re-inserting tube
